Gynaecology Services.

Gynaecological issues affect women of all ages, although the focus changes depending on your age. Whether it be menstrual disorders, endometriosis, infertility, pelvic pain or menopause, I am here for you. Your treatment plan will not only focuses on your current issue, but also take into account any preventative measures for the future. I believe it is important to take a holistic approach to your overall health.

Gynaecological problems may be managed in a conservative, medical, surgical way. We want to listen, educate and support you to make an informed decision on what treatment path will best suit you.

Sometimes you may require surgery for your gynaecological issue in the form of hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, vaginal or open abdominal surgery.

Laparoscopy, commonly known as ‘keyhole’ surgery, is where small incisions are used instead of a large incision (called a laparotomy).  Most surgeries can be undertaken laparoscopically which has the advantage of being a day case, less discomfort and a shorter recovery time.”

Any issue you have will be approached with sensitivity and care, tailored for you to optimize your outcome.
